Why can't I find my tax certificates on my account?

We can only issue tax certificates after the investments have been made into portfolio companies, and there will be a delay between the company investment and the tax certificates being issued, as this certificate needs to be issued by HMRC.

It is normally about four or five weeks between the investment and the EIS3 becoming available and hence being posted on the Investor Portal.
